  • We do not require user accounts or registration.

  • We do not access your contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or location.
  • All game data (progress, settings, preferences) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect information:

  • Google AdMob: Serves advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Collects anonymized usage analytics and crash reports to help us improve the App. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
  • RevenueCat: Manages in-app subscriptions ("Chess Champion Pro"). See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. We comply with applicable advertising regulations, including:

  • iOS: We request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent before enabling personalized ads.
  • GDPR/EEA: We display the Google UMP consent form to obtain advertising consent from users in applicable regions.

Users who subscribe to Chess Champion Pro will not see any advertisements.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers a "Chess Champion Pro" subscription with Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime options. All payment processing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not collect or store payment card information.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at hello@sveltesolutions.comso we can promptly address the concern.

7. Data Retention

Since all game data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling the App will remove all locally stored data. Anonymized analytics data retained by third-party services (Firebase, AdMob) is subject to their respective retention policies.
